Wrestler Sunil from Dabarpur village of Sonipat, Haryana has won a bronze medal for the country in the Asian Games held in Hangzhou, China. Nitin Malik, resident of village Dabarpur, said that his brother Sunil has won a bronze medal while representing the country in the 87 kg weight category.

There is a wave of happiness among the family and villagers due to Sunil’s achievement. Earlier, he had won gold medal in Romania Cup this year and bronze medal in Senior Asian Wrestling Championship held in Astana, Kazakhstan in April. Earlier, he had won gold in the Senior Asian Wrestling Championship held in Delhi in the year 2020.
