Ravindra Jadeja has completed the feat of completing his 200 ODI wickets in the match against Bangladesh in Asia Cup 2023.
Ravindra Jadeja: Indian cricket team’s all-rounder player Ravindra Jadeja has performed an unmatched feat against Bangladesh in the important match of Asia Cup 2023. By taking the wicket of Shamim Hussain in this match, he completed 200 ODI wickets of his career.
With this achievement of taking wickets in ODI cricket, Jadeja has created a new record for India. Apart from this, Jadeja is the second Indian player to score more than 2000 runs in ODI cricket along with taking 200 or more wickets. He has achieved this feat in his 182 ODI matches.
Ravindra Jadeja said that right now I am concentrating on my bowling.
Ravindra Jadeja told before the match that he is currently focusing on his bowling and his aim is to bowl the ball on the stumps. He said, “I throw the ball to the batsman accordingly after seeing the field.”
With this achievement, Ravindra Jadeja has become the second Indian all-rounder after Kapil Dev to score more than 2000 runs and take 200 wickets while batting in the ODI format.
Along with Jadeja’s 200 ODI wickets, he also has a record of scoring more than 2000 runs. Currently, his streak of taking wickets for India in ODI, Test and T20 is continuing.
